Return and Refund Policy

At Sloane Jewellery, we sell and ship our products to customers across other European Union countries. This policy complies with EU consumer protection laws and Shopify Payments requirements.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition;

  • Have all original tags attached;

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling;

  • Hygiene-sensitive jewelry items (such as earrings or pierced jewelry) once unsealed;

  • Final sale items, where clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund decision.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, as required by EU regulations.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect;

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. All related costs will be covered by Sloane Jewellery.
